"Great location, close to all attractions but far enough away to get away from it all. Right on the beach, great pool and hot tub. Only two negatives was for room 1703, the beds was hard and needs replacing, the hot water in the shower takes awhile to get hot and then it isn’t lasting, showers had to be quick. Overall, it was a great stay. "
"Great beach location and lots of security on premises. Common areas well maintained. Unit was tired and worn out though. Furniture felt unstable and swivel chair leaning to one side. The ottoman was unsafe to sit on without falling through. One kitchen cabinet about to fall off hinges which I discovered when I opened the door. Beach chairs had torn canvas seats so unsafe to use. Bedroom carpets were very dirty (based on evidence from being barefoot in the unit). Television didn’t function until...

"I’ve stayed in many rental properties over the years and can truly describe this one as one of the best. The host has absolutely thought of everything and the intentionality makes for an amazing stay. We felt safe and sound and were pleased to meet a few friendly neighbors while we were heading back and forth from the beach/pool. If you’ve spent much time in “tropical” climates you know how difficult it can be to keep native bugs and such at bay, and this made the cleanliness of the property that much more impressive. I’m a person who is extremely particular about the way I keep my home and found nothing out of place or even a smidge of dust even in the typical, easy to miss places. Cannot recommend this place enough and would be thrilled to stay again in the future. The parking pass fees/armband policy has changed a bit, though this is trivial in comparison to the great experience overall. The host’s passion and desire to deliver a stellar stay was not lost on us. If this rental is available you must give it a try! Grateful to have made this find! "
