"The room was clean. They were doing balcony construction and they made sure NOT to mention that fact until well after you booked the property. Also, my reservation dates were messed up by the management company. It would have been highly inconvenient if they had not found a comparable replacement unit for us just in time. I appreciate the customer service help with that. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The beach was great. The resort was enjoyable and I am happy with my stay overall. "

"We stayed with our family of four for a travel baseball weekend and this place was PERFECT. Spacious, clean, and an amazing condo complex. We enjoyed the beach and pool after long days of games. Garrett is a 10/10 host. We will be back!"

"The house was very clean and well decorated. Two bedrooms with two full baths were downstairs while all living areas and another bed/bath upstairs. The pool was clean and close to the house; was rarely occupied so had it to ourselves most of the time. The pool area could use some upgrades and it is not heated. The beach access was two blocks away but did require to cross a busy street (Thomas Dr). The house came with a collapsible wagon and beach gear, which did make it nice. The area of the beach from the access was quiet and not busy at all. There is not much of a beach or water view from the house but the overall stay was wonderful. "

"Very nice had construction but were very considerate of noise in morning one pool was closed and one hot tub not working very well safe place and very on top of things would stay again very relaxing with no problems at all not rowdy everybody was friendly "

"It was a beautiful home and perfect for our group of 11 cousins. The beach was beautiful and easy to access. The rooms were spacious and clean. The one complaint we had was the counter depth refrigerator/ freezer combo. That small a refrigerator was too small for our group let alone a larger one. There also was a full size freezer that should have been a full size refrigerator. Having an ice maker was helpful although the freezer was also an ice maker also."
