Upon arriving to the property, checking in to get the parking passes was easy to do, we had got there early and wanted an early check in but was told it was still being cleaned. It was 30 minutes before check in time, I used my guest code to enter the home but couldn’t, so I contacted host and then was able to get in. Did quick walk through of the home, master bedroom was ok, master bathroom looked good until I check the shower curtain and it had mold on them I contacted host and he sent the cleaner to replaced them the next day. 2nd bedroom was much smaller then expected, thought it was a full bedroom how the pictures looked it was just a space with bunk beds, 2nd bathroom looked clean but just like the master bathroom, the shower curtains also had mold (unfortunately I didn’t use that bathroom guest did and didn’t let me know until the end of the stay because they said they thought I knew about that one too) living room was spacious the rug in there lifts up at the corner, sofa bed sheets had stains, kitchen floor was crack and was stocked with limited supplies (garbage bags)beach equipment that’s for the guest was unusable due to mold. Hot water for showers was short, Ultimately we made due of the stay with the adjustment we made to make it all worth it for family and guest. Host did have good communication when contacted but at the end tried to charged for excessive cleaning he got charged for by the cleaner, filed a claim but got denied because no damages was done.
