"We had a lovely time staying at Summerhouse. The host was welcoming, attentive, and very accommodating with our requests. The condo was spotless, and the view from the balcony was perfect. Even the staff at the complex were friendly and welcoming. The area at this part of PCB was guieter and less congested which was very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again and would love to make this an annual trip."

"The Balcony was huge! We had 9 people but we never felt like we were on top of each other. My kids ( 4 & 3 ) really enjoyed the heated pool. If I had the money, I would buy this property and live here! Wonderful location with quick access to the state park, the marina for sunset or dolphin cruises, and so many forms of fishing. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very nice and clean. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The sun drops right in front of the condo for gorgeous sunset views from the balcony! The courtyard area was absolutely beautiful and one of the pools was heated. There is a hot tub that was great this time of year too. Great communication with Ron and the staff were all very friendly. We'll be back!!"
