"This was my second time staying at this location . For everything you get as far as being on the beach and waking up to walk out on your balcony which overlooks the ocean, our room was spacious and cozy and having the little kitchenette was very helpful , the price you can not beat!!! The pool area is beautiful and that bartender poolside makes the best pina colada’s! The only negative is that the beds were not comfortable, mattresses not firm at all. Being the second time being here and fist time being last June , the hot tub was nice and hot but jets did not work . So was hoping it would be in working order this round and it was not . We still enjoyed it but would have been nice if it worked this round. All in all we love this place! And will be back!"

"Room was AMAZING! SPOTLESS! The absolute best view ever! We were in awe. The balcony was as long as the condo! Just stunning. It's definitely our new go to. No doubt about it. "

"The hosts were absolutely incredible… so kind, responsive, and welcoming from start to finish. The place itself was gorgeous and even better than expected. Everything was perfectly located, with the beach and Pier Park just a short walk away, which made it so easy and convenient, especially with 5 kids.You truly couldn’t ask for a better place or better hosts. We had such an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back!"

"Overall the property was great, my only complaint is the reserving of pool chairs when it is against the rules but people do it. This makes it really difficult for families to enjoy pool when people reserve chairs then go to beach all day and the people that stay have no chairs during that time. There needs to be personnel to enforce this rule so pool area can be more enjoyable to all. Or add more chairs to that area or a time limit to help. But we did enjoy the beach and pool during our stay. Great location too! "
