"Right on the beach with private balcony was great. Building old needs renovation Bed was comfortable. Parking lot was $30 for weekend stay in an outdoor parking lot. Refrigerator was molded and rusted inside. Okay for a short stay."

"Place was great. On the beach with everything needed to enjoy the beach also. Parking was the issue. The was a big crane parked on the driveway leaving very tight spot to park two cars that we had. When it was reported was told that they are working on it. It should be removed but it was never removed. Right when we were checking out then people came."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Rosemary Beach! The location was perfect, the house was clean and beautiful, and check-in was very easy.The layout includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs, with one bedroom, the kitchen, and living area upstairs. Just something to keep in mind if anyone in your group has mobility issues.We had one small issue when we arrived the garbage disposal smelled like fish, but we were able to easily clean the smell with soap.For beach chairs, we recommend renting through the Rosemary Beach Company and choosing chairs near Walkover A, which is very close to the house.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!"
