"Our stay was amazing. We landed early and since there was no previous renter, they let us store our bags in the house prior yo check in. They were easily reachable when needed and very accommodating! We also had air conditioner problems when we got there and the maintenance guy was out within hours to fix the problem! Also, it’s SECONDS away from the public beach access which was amazing!! This trip was definitely amazing and the house size, location and easy beach access was unreal!!"

"The Sandcastle accommodated our large group effortlessly. The beach front location was amazing and provided ease when going to and from the beach. The included 8 beach chair and 4 umbrella beach service was fantastic. The only thing this place could do to improve is have cushioned patio furniture on the upper decks for extra comfortable patio lounging. We had a fantastic stay!"

"The location is primo!!Kitchen looks good from modest upgrades. It appears like the owner is doing everything on the cheap. Every shower, including outside has low pressure and needs some love. I counted at least 10 tikes in the olen area cracked or loose. Stepped on a few rust pieces that came off the roof flashing as well. I dont get it. This location and set up is the best we have stayed at in 7 years coming to Rosemary. Put some real TLC into this place. I would still definitely stay here again."

"This property was everything you could dream of. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Everyone talked about how well they slept. Luxury linens, nice pillow selections and the mattresses were all top notch. There is nothing we enjoyed as much as coffee on the balcony every morning watching the dolphins go by. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and used by all."
