Treasure Island Section One Hotels, Panama City Beach

"Worst part was checking in. Took over an hour to even get to the front desk to check in. When at the desk, staff continued to check in other guests online before allowing us to go to our room. Parking lot was crowded. Room was nice and clean. Pools are in good locations. Also loved being right on the beach. "

"They need to improve the Wi-Fi signal; they didn't used to charge for parking, but now they do."

"Overall stay was good. However the hotel needs fresh paint, updates and a remodel to the bathrooms. "

"The rooms are clean and spacious. The balcony was wonderful with the view of the beach and the ocean. The pool was beautiful especially at night when the lights lit the pool up. The seating at the pool was very comfortable and had a great ocean view. The weather was great. The breakfast was phenomenal and fresh and had a wonderful selection. The staff was extremely courteous and checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable. This is a wonderful place to stay we will be staying here again on our next trip."

"The condition of the room was unacceptable and did not meet basic cleanliness or maintenance standards. Sand was present throughout the room, the linens appeared unclean, and both the air conditioning and heating were nonfunctional. The pull-out mattress was in poor condition, with visible stains and what appeared to be pest droppings. Despite being a non-smoking property, the room had a persistent smoke odor, and we were incorrectly charged for it, even though no one in our party smokes. I would not recommend this property."

"The staff was very nice and helpful....but my room was not what it looked like on the internet....It seems like they need a little remodeling but it was paint spots on the floor and the tub was chipping off with black spots....I had to put a towel in the tub so I can take a shower...I think it could have been better...Seems to me they were in a rush to finish."

"The room we stayed in was one of the old cabana rooms beachfront. The room was not clean and had a bug problem. The air conditioning unit and the refrigerator was loud. The water in the shower was scalding hot and the water in the toilet was hot. The location is great, but would not recommend staying in one of the rooms in the older buildings. If we go back, I would definitely want to try one of the rooms in the new building."
