King mattress in bedroom was very very soft and could stand to be replaced. Overall was fine for our needs but could have some simple updates/better cleaning. "

"My problem is not with the unit I reserved, nor the unit I was switched to two hours before check in time. My problem is with Emerald Coast property management, who manage the units. I stayed in a Gulf Crest unit which was clean but definitely needs some TLC; and I was charged 53 for a parking pass, which no one can seem to reimburse me for."

"The house was lovely and definitely met the needs of our family. The pool heater was new and unfortunately was not working. Not having a heated pool in December was a bummer; however the property manager was quick to respond and put forth a lot of effort to rectify the issue before our vacation ended.
