"Third floor air did not work as well as the other two floors. Hot breakfast was cold. Pull out sleeper mattress was ripped, stained, had no padding left, and after flipping it over, there was dirt, an open clothes pin, and an old penny. Pull out bedding not provided in room. Something was spilled on the walls and had dried in multiple spots. The staff were super friendly though."
