"Nikki was outstanding. Her confident and friendly demeanor and efficient customer service skills were a breath of fresh air. I have to say while we were very satisfied with our stay our experience with Nikki is why I am taking the time to leave this review . Great place to stay . Thoroughly enjoyed it's more off pier private section of beachfront. Loved the balcony facing the beach .beach was clean not over crowded and the hot tub and pool were as well . Every staff member we encountered was absolutely 10/10 friendly helpful inviting and informative . We will be back. Hope the staff is recognized for their diligent work ethic. It really is a nod to the entire establishment to have such a reliable team . "

"For what we paid, we expected a much higher standard. The water pressure was extremely low, to the point that we were unable to brush our teeth or wash our hands at the bathroom sink and had to use the kitchenette sink instead. The room was worn, outdated, and not laid out in a way that made it functional. For example, the main entrance/exit was located in the bedroom with the double beds, where our children were sleeping. Additionally, there was only one couch that seats three, with no additional seating, in a two-bedroom unit advertised to accommodate six guests. The miniature golf area is in serious need of attention, and most of the outdoor foot showers were not working, with only one operational. The beach view was also largely obstructed by the tiki bar roof. Overall, the property appears to be in need of significant updates and does not reflect the price point. Based on this experience, we would not choose to return and would not recommend the property to friends or family visiting Panama City Beach."

"Great place"

"Beautiful rooms on the beach front. The rooms of appeared clean, however we saw about 50 or 60 roaches in our room during our stay. Yeah where did the housekeeping manager and she said she could send someone over the next day to spray for roaches. No one ever came.. overall the staff was very nice but hard to be a truly enjoyable stay while sharing a room with that many roaches, that we could see. The old saying goes if you see one roach there are thousands!"

"It was ok"

"The room was great even had a washer and dryer. However, even those this place is for “kids” the rules for pool are a little too much. Not only that but going in march they should have been heated still but the water was way too cold to get in and the hot tub was packed with people skin to skin. Also don’t like the fact that if you have family that are locals that they can’t buy a day pass to visit and enjoy things with you, other hotels allow it. Staff was friendly during check in & out. But this will definitely be our first and last visit to splash. "

"The condo was very nice and the views were spectacular. It had everything we needed, including sand toys and an extra beach chair. The host replied quickly to a couple questions I had. Would stay again!"
