"Disappointing stay. Seems there are no staff anywhere. Poor service at restaurants, went to the spa to book and was empty, went to gift shop says it's open but no staff, same with bars. Food was average quality for a high price. Most expensive stay and food we've had in Bali with the lowest quality. Much nicer hotels in the area with staff that are ready to assist"

From our villa with infiti pool looking on to the rice paddies to the private walled accomodation, the extensive beautifully designed gardens, wonderful food by chef Dean, everything superb! I felt like I was in a Balinese experience the whole time rather than a hotel or resort!
