"Solo traveller, and had a perfect stay here. Quiet and outside of the main Sidemen area, so very quiet and relaxing. Pool and resturant was as expected, and rooms were comfortable. A BIG highlight was the staff, especially the concierge Adit who always made me feel comfortable and was sure to check in with me to make sure i was enjoying myself (not sure if many solo travellers come here). "We spent two weeks in Lombok and Bali. It was one of the best stays ever. The staff is very friendly (even the trainee did her job very well). They fulfilled our special requests. The floating breakfast and the romantic private dinner were great. We were satisfied. The privacy is fantastic."
