"The host was exceptional. He was so helpful in organising transport from the mainland to the island and also to the accommodation. When travelling in two groups, he ensured that everyone made the last boat across. He also helped organise snorkelling so easily. I was able to check in early without any hesitation. "A pousada é linda, com uma vista incrível. Limpa, cama confortável e banheiro à céu aberto com água quente. Delicioso café da manhã, servido no quarto com hora marcada. O acesso até a pousada é somente de carro ou moto, o que para nós não foi um problema. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos, educados e solícitos, porém têm um pouco de dificuldade em falar inglês, mas conseguiram atender todas as nossas necessidades."

"Was a nice place to stay. Was disappointed that the beach only looks like it does at high tide. Low tide tide goes straight out and is just rock and coral. Full tide still need to be careful as rock and coral still there. Wasn’t quite what I was expecting from the photos. Pools lovely. Cocktails were not very nice. Breakfast buffet was average. But great location to many restaurants"

"Reasonable accommodation on Nusa Lembongan we had a lovely time with the family. The location was nice on the beach although nicer restaurants are right on the other side of the beach so quite a walk. The rooms were nice and the private pool our kids enjoyed. On our last day the main pool was really dirty so think there must have been a problem with the filter - other days it was fine though. We had a few issues getting our room cleaned which they kept forgetting to do - but when they did it was all fine. Don’t get me wrong, this is a nice hotel, but we paid premium prices for a 2 bed with a private pool - and didn’t quite get a feel for a premium hotel."

"The hotel is beautiful and extremely well maintained and clean. Views from the room are great looking right at the bay and Mt Agung. Food is very good also especially the satay. The tough part about the hotel is the road to get there along with many of the roads in Penida. There is dirt path to walk into town and it only takes 4-5 minutes."

"The property has stunning views, and a true atmosphere to relax and unwind. We stayed in a villa with private pool and it was worth all the way. The room was spacious, super clean, the amenities were of high quality and the bed super comfortable. The service was very attentive, I had a small complain in the beginning of our stay and it was resolved effectively by the Manager on Duty. We used the Spa and it was comparative to other Spas, nothing bad but also nothing outstanding. I would have tasted the property a 5, however the food by the pool was very low quality, the pizzas are frozen from a package rather than being fresh made."

"La struttura è una serie di bungalow molto carini e con tutto l'essenziale per una vacanza al mare. Lo staff è giovane e cordiale, sempre presente dalle 8 alle 21. La posizione è comoda per andare a piedi a Mushroom Bay e ci sono diverse opzioni per mangiare in zona. Anche la struttura offre un comodo servizio di ristorazione e in caso si necessità per un piatto al volo vanno benissimo. Bella la piscina e possibilità anche di noleggiare moto."
