"This hotel is in a great location (near two tube stations, restaurants, and grocery stores). The staff are friendly, helpful, and eager to resolve any issues. The hotel was clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the public areas are beautiful."

"The rooms were spotless, and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The location is fantastic, just around the corner are two tube stations. The street is fairly quiet. The temperature thermometer in our room was not working so the room was a little overheated, but we were able to crack open the windows and everything was fine. For some reason, the telephone in our room was not working so we could not call down to the front desk, but when we mentioned it later, they said there was a manual adjustment on the radiator. But these were small issues. I would definitely stay here again!"
