Welcome to Notting Hill! Our spacious 3 bedroom (all ensuite), 3-storey townhouse is located on a quiet residential close, less than 10 minutes’ walk from the famous Portobello Road, and Holland Park and Ladbroke Grove tube stations. Spacious (1380 sq. ft., 128 sq. m), sleeps up to 10. and features both a private rear garden and roof terrace.
Family-friendly and equipped with everything you need to make it your London home away from home.
This spacious townhouse sleeps up to 10 people in 3 full-sized bedrooms - all with ensuite shower rooms. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there is an additional sleeping area in the large living room where there is a convertible day bed - sofa by day - two singles or a full height king sized bed when needed.
The house sleeps 8 as shown, but the additional two are on two single double height electric airbeds, that can be moved around to where they are needed. Any of the rooms would easily accommodate a child on an airbed, or in a travel cot. In addition, Bedroom 3 on the top floor has an extra long, wide sofa.
The townhouse is arranged over 3 floors, with the ground floor featuring a large eat-in kitchen/dining room, living room with lots of comfy seating, and a washroom/loo. With the 3 bedrooms over the upper two levels, all with their own bathrooms, it is perfect for families.
The townhouse is just 7 minutes’ walk from both Ladbroke Grove and Latimer Road tube station, and only 10 minutes’ walk from Holland Park tube station. The famous Portobello Road is just 10 minutes away and Westfield Shopping Centre can be reach by tube, bus or on foot in a total of about 20 minutes. A taxi to Westfield takes less than 10 minutes.
There are various grocery stores, restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk to the townhouse as well as various bus routes.
The property also has fast fibre WIFI and google nest boosters on each floor to ensure a good signal throughout.
Ground floor The property is accessed via ground level through a private front courtyard to the front door. The ground floor consists of a large open plan kitchen/diner, and a spacious living room/lounge area that leads to a private rear garden. There is also a washroom/loo on the ground floor.
The kitchen has everything you need for up to 10 people with a large fridge/freezer, integrated washer and Smeg dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and large gas range cooker, with double electric oven. There is a Bosch tassimo coffee maker, American filter coffee maker, French press and kettle. There is also a washing machine and vented tumble dryer. The kitchen also has a loveseat sofa - perfect for keeping the chef/s company!
The living room includes an extra-long sofa, two armchairs, day bed which is a sofa during the day, and converts to 2 single beds or a full height king sized bed when needed, coffee table, new 55" Smart TV with all the apps (bring your own login details). There is also a DVD player and WI-FI. The dining table seats 10 comfortably.
The back garden is accessed through the living room and is very private. It has a garden bench and a round rattan table with 6 chairs; but further chairs are available.
1st floor On the next/1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, both ensuite with showers. Bedroom 1 (15’ x 11'8) has a king-sized bed, and a full ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 which is similarly sized (12’8 x 11’8) has a double bed, and also has a full ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Our lovely roof terrace overlooking the rear garden and the Close is accessed through Bedroom 2. The roof terrace has a sofa/conversation set.
Top/2nd floor Bedroom 3 (16’6 x 11’8) is on the top floor and has a super-king sized bed and extra long sofa. It has also has a full ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
There are also two single double height electric airbeds that can be moved where needed.
All of the bedrooms have dressing tables/desks and chair and there is fibre optic wi-fi - great if you have to login to school or work.
Children are most welcome and there is a child's travel cot which will easily fit in any of the bedrooms. There is also a high chair and plastic dishes/cutlery. There are walk-in showers in each of the 3 ensuite bathrooms and although there is no bathtub, we have a baby/toddler bath which easily fits and can be used in any of the showers.
The house sleeps 8 as shown, but the additional two are on the two double-height single electric airbeds, that can be moved around to where they are needed. Any of the rooms would easily accommodate a child on an airbed, or in a travel cot. Bedroom 3 also has an extra long and wide sofa that could be used for sleeping. Please let us know in advance if this is your intention so we can ensure that additional bedding is provided.
Other things to note – as the showers are located up a flight of stairs, it would not be suitable for those with restricted mobility, although there is a ground floor bedroom and washroom/loo on the main living area.
Please also note that this is a non-smoking property and hen, stag and other large parties are not permitted.

Loved our stay. The flat was perfect for our group of 5. Well stocked, very clean and organized. Valerie was a wonder host. Would most certainly stay here again!
The property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. The house is fully stocked with everything you may need to cook. Valerie was helpful and responsive with everything.
This Notting Hill property was perfect in every way. We had a total of six adults staying there. There was plenty of room for all we needed. Wonderful to have a bathroom for every bedroom. Lovely deck /sitting area off of one bedroom. Absolutely quiet location away from the din of the city, but easy driving distance (Uber) to all London offers. Early drop-off for luggage was a huge help, as we arrived after an overnight flight and check-in was later in the day. Valerie went above and beyond to respond to every question quickly we had before our stay. We can't say enough good things about this townhouse. Recommend it highly!
Just a few minutes walk from Portobello Rd, the location couldn't have been better.
My family had a terrific couple nights, never having to leave the area.
Excellent dining and shopping was a few blocks from our doorstep.
We were traveling with 4 adults and 2 teens. Plenty of space for everyone. Location was great and easy Uber/taxi to all the sights. Valerie was very responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this town house
This property had everything we needed, was super comfortable, and easy to access. We had 4 adults, two teenagers, and two children and the layout worked great. Plenty of space to gather all together- including a large kitchen/dining area- and comfortable sleeping arrangements for all. It felt extra luxurious with private bathrooms for each bedroom and a washer and dryer!
Loved Notting Hill and found the property close to restaurants nearby and tube stations. The property needs just a bit of attention in some minor areas and is a challenge to find but overall was a great place for a party of 4 adult friends. Would recommend it to others.
This property was perfectly located for our brief stay in London. It was a quick 10 minute walk to the Tube station and a 15 to 20 minute ride into the city. The house was great for our three families as each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and there were many stores nearby to pick up food. Valerie was an outstanding host and quickly replied to any questions we had before and during our trip.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our 6 person group of my husband and I and 4 twenty-somethings. The place was immaculate when we arrived which was so important. One thing to be aware of is the steep circular steps to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Not suitable for mobility issues. The place was great. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed our stay in London. The home was clean with plenty of room, although there appeared to be more beds in the VRBO listing than what was actually in the unit (twin air mattress option, as opposed to twin beds). Nice, quiet neighborhood, with great English breakfast at Mike’s Cafe, within walking distance, and only a 7-10 minute jaunt to Ladbroke tube station, which takes you anywhere you wish to go in London. Could have used one more window/portable air conditioning unit in the 3rd bedroom, but, all in all, it was a very pleasant stay.
We had 6 adults staying here for a week. We had no trouble finding the place. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Washer and dryer are both in the kitchen. Location is within easy walking distance of a couple of tube stations - we used Ladbroke Grove primarily. 2 wonderful pubs close (Knight of Notting Hilll and The Elgin), easy walk to grocery stores, easy walk to Portabello Market and lots of great shops in Notting Hill. We would stay here again! Valerie was very responsive to any questions
We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment. So clean, and the location was so quiet....we come from country Australia so this was important. Lots to see, do and metro and buses really close by. Made life easy. Esp tripping around London. Valerie is lovely and very helpful. She helped me out of a last minute jam as i had to extend my accommodation and she just did it with no worries. House is very large and comfy. Great size rooms, and ensuites with a fully equipped kitchen. Very grateful for having stayed here, thank you Valerie 😊
The property owner was a peach and very easy to communicate with as well as very responsive. Location was farther from the tourist areas we were visiting than I would have preferred, but the size of our group and our budget dictated our decision. There were some trade-offs in terms of the location, but they were worth it for us. We decided that due to the long hike to the tube station, we would eat all meals except our breakfast out and only come and go once per day. The property was very clean except for some dirty cleaning rags accidentally left in the washer and a used towel found in one of the bathrooms. The property came with pages of helpful instructions that covered just about any conceivable situation that might arise. It was a bit of a hike to the Tube stations, and one was in a better (seemed safer) part of town than the other. The fact that the street address was not actually the exact location of the property posed some challenges for cab pickups, but we managed that. One source of great hilarity among our family was the itsy-bitsy shower stalls and tiny sinks in the bathrooms. We are not big people--and that was a good thing. By the time we left, we had an entire comedy sketch worked out about the tight bathing facilities, but we managed to stay clean. There was plenty of room for us to unwind in the kitchen, dining, and living spaces when we were not out and about sightseeing and we would stay here again under the same circumstances. We fell in love with London!
