"Communication with the owner was quick and clear. The home was very clean with obviously freshly painted walls and new carpet. The home had all the things we needed during our stay and our family of 6 stayed very comfortably. We were able to walk to many places and grabbing a bus right outside the home was easy. We would stay here again!"

"We enjoyed our weeklong stay in this apartment with our four children (ages 16-23) in late December. Everything was great and it totally met our needs. The location is great - an easy walk to Victoria Station and bus stops that serve all of the central London locations that we visited (get the TfL Go app), and easy walk to Buckingham Palace / St. James Park. The grocery store is close by and we made a few meals in the kitchen, and there are several great restaurants within a one block walk....

We asked the host when we arrived about the discrepancy. They said they would check on it and did not get back to us for 4 days and never addressed the deception. They also advertise how much they love the private patio in the description - there is no private patio. They advertised that there is air...
