Pretty white stucco detached house in the heart of Little Venice
Nestling in peaceful and iconic Warwick Place (as featured in the historic film ‘Allied’), our newly refurbished, stucco-fronted, stylish but cosy two-floor home could not be better placed for the fabulous pubs and restaurants of W9; minutes from the Grand Union & Regents Canal, Paddington Station and Warwick Avenue Tube (Bakerloo Line). With its south-facing walled garden and floor to ceiling windows; the open-plan living space is perfect for sunny lunches, candlelit dinners and relaxing in front of the fire to enjoy the large flat-screen Sky Q + Bose sound system. Outdoor entertaining is made easy with a comfy, cushioned seating area, extendable dining table, large Weber barbecue and electronic awning for shade or shower cover. The brand new white marble, stainless steel and walnut kitchen includes breakfast bar, instant boiling & carbonated water tap and a large integrated fridge, ice-making freezer, red & white wine chiller fridge and drinks preparation area. A separate utility room for washing & drying makes the house easy to manage: 4 hours daily cleaning, laundry, breakfast preparation included with the rental (currently once weekly blitz due to social distance rules). The downstairs Guest Loo - also newly refurbished - provides additional hanging and storage space. Three double bedrooms upstairs include the Master Suite with super-king White Company bed, Juliet balcony, fireplace, Sky Q TV, vanity & hair-drying & make-up station, en-suite double shower and plenty of storage. Bedroom Two has a double bed, large wardrobe, drawer units and Juliet balcony, also overlooking the rear, walled garden. Bedroom Three faces to the front with king-size bed and vanity unit (same as Master); both Bed 2 & 3 share the landing bath & shower room.
The incredible location and proximity of Pineapple Lodge to all of central London, to local restaurants, bars and pubs as well as cultural venues (such as the Canal Cafe Theatre) and boating fun on the Grand Union and Regents Canal could not be better. Great location. Very comfortable beds. My family and I had a great holiday staying here. They had a Christmas tree and decorations up during our stay which we appreciated. The Warwick Castle across the street was great.
It was a lovely home for us to spend 10 days in! We loved the fireplace, the location, and the peaceful community around it. Laura was very responsive, and we had a drama-free, easy stay. We loved it!
Home was perfect for a party of 5. We did not fully utilize all the amenities as we were out and about in London. Perfect location to see all of London. Easy access to the Underground. Get to Downtown in 20-30 min max. Great local restaurants and pubs all within walking distance. Maida Vale is a great location. Perfect Thanksgiving week!
This house is a gem. It’s beautiful, and the location is fantastic. Our family stayed for three weeks in the summer of 2023 and had a perfect trip. The house is well-equipped and very clean. The appliances are modern, the furniture is comfortable, the garden is excellent and the host is extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
The house was fantastic and in such a great location. You are close to getting into the city or just about anywhere from paddington. You can walk the canals to regents and primrose park and with a little more time even make it up to Hampstead heath. Communication was seamless and they also accommodated an early arrival after a very long flight. Highly recommend!
We had a perfect getaway starting with the contact we had from the host a week before our arrival. Lindsey gave us great information on checking in and the area around the home. Once at home it was better in person than online and beautifully decorated for the holiday. The area is quiet but perfectly located for getting around on the tubes. With a family of 5 we decided to stay in this home instead of our typical hotel plans. It worked out wonderfully. First, Little Venice is a lovely area - great access to the subway system but a nice quiet area. There is a great restaurant and pub right across the street. Second, the home itself is spacious, rooms are nice, and the patio makes for a lovely oasis. While we didn’t use the kitchen much, it had everything you need. Also, Lindsay and Laura were so easy to deal with. I would definitely stay there if we went back - and recommend to others.
We were in London for a family holiday (all 20+). The house is exactly as advertised and well appointed. The beds in all 3 bedrooms were quite comfortable. You could hear some noise from the street below, but minimal. The neighborhood is so walkable and has many amenities so close by. Lindsey and Laura were both wonderful to work with, and very helpful.
We loved having easy access to central London, yet we’re in a quiet neighborhood, which was a welcome plus. The Warwick castle pub across the street was welcoming and we enjoyed chatting with the owners.
I would not hesitate to rent this home again when we return to London next time!
It was a great base of operations. A quiet, welcome relief after exploring throughout the day. The restaurants nearby cannot be beat. The nearby underground stop makes accessing other parts of the city while still enjoying a more residential feeling area.

The property manager met us at the home after our long journey and did an informative walk through. The home is beautiful and was walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, the tube, and groceries. I would recommend this home for a family who wants to get away from the city after exploring all day.
As first time travelers to London, we had no idea where to stay. This house was outstanding! Beautiful and PERFECT location and close to metro station. We felt safe in the area and loved Little Venice! The owners communicated often and were so accommodating, and lovely to work with. It felt like home after a long day of seeing the London sights. Could not image staying anywhere else. Can’t wait to rebook in the future.
As parents traveling with two 10 year olds and grandparents, this property suited our needs in every way. The house is well appointed and wonderful. Access to the Underground was a 3-4 minute walk. Food choices were diverse and a short walk away. The Little Venice neighborhood is wonderful. Perfect!
Amazing property, location even more amazing, we stay in London 4 to 5 times a year but decided to try a house let as it was our anniversary and have never tried before as we always stay in hotels, you can literally walk to all destinations inc restaurants and the city itself, can’t recommend this enough, the Warwick Castle pub which is directly facing is very friendly and Katch next to the pub is one of the tastiest restaurants we’ve eaten.
Perfect position for London sightseeing.We loved being by the canal. 2 minutes to the tube. We spent a lot of time in the garden bbqs and our breakfast. This house was very well equipped we wanted for nothing, would definitely recommend it to others.
We loved our stay in Little Venice. The house surpassed all of our hopes and dreams. It was so well appointed and the location was outstanding. Only a couple of minutes walk to the Warwick tube station and a couple of minutes walk to the canals with fabulous restaurants and boat trips on offer. Lindsey and Laura were great to deal with and kept us updated from time of booking and arrival to time of departure. We loved relaxing in the outdoor garden after a busy day in London. The house was so well appointed and updated - just like home from home. We will definitely consider booking here again next time we are in London after our 5 star stay!
Our stay in the white stucco house in Little Venice was perfect. We have traveled widely and have never had a better accommodations for the holiday we had planned. The house was immaculate, kitchen perfectly equipped, lounge was incredibly comfortable and the patio was a great oasis, bathed in a rare week of London sunshine. The neighborhood was quiet but tube stop is minutes from the front door and the canals to Camden Market or Paddington very convenient. The pub across the street and the garden center with cafe were frequent destinations. Linsey was very helpful leading up to our arrival and property manager Laura was brilliant upon arrival. They make a great pair. We will be back - no need to try anyplace else in London for us!
We'd been to London many times but hadn't been to Little Venice. Its amazing and very charming, and so close to central London. The best part is it feels residential, safe and clean -- and very pretty along the canals -- but yet you are super close to the Underground to get trains into central London in minutes.
