Stylish Notting Hill Studio Flat that can sleep 4 people

Situated near Westbourne Grove, the property is a wonderful newly refurbished studio flat in the heart of Notting Hill.

The flat is just a few yards from lots of great local restaurants shops and supermarkets whilst positioned in a quiet road.

Getting around London from here is easy. It’s a 10 minute walk to 3 tube stations and many buses stop nearby.

It’s only a brisk 10 minute stroll to Hyde Park

Perfect for up to 4 people, it is well designed to make the most of the space with a king sized double bed and a very comfortable, easy to operate king sized double sofa bed.

It has a fully equipped Kitchen with granite work tops and a breakfast bar.

The kitchen is fitted with modern high end appliances including a dishwasher, extractor, washing machine, microwave, grill/oven and an induction hob. It includes all you need, with high end cutlery, crockery and glassware.

The coffee table converts into a dining table with space for 4 people.

Bathroom includes a full sized bath and seperate shower unit.

Freshly laundered high quality towels and linen are provided.

There is a 46 inch flat screen JVC TV with a moveable bracket, and Chromecast facilities.

High speed wireless broadband is provided, and a Sony radio/music player is available.

Underfloor heating provided throughout.

We are flexible on check in and out times, and where possible can arrange early or late arrivals and departures.

We can also consider pets staying by prior agreement.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It is very well located and of easy access trough public transportation. The flat was tiny but well equipped. The stay was overall really pleasant. The only down side was that the sofa bed was a little bit uncomfortable and the shower was too tiny.

Perfect for a stay in London

The studio is great. Comes with anything you could ever need and is new and beautiful. Really close to two different underground stations connecting to three different lines and there's many supermarkets and different places to eat just around the corner. David was easy to communicate with and took care of everything we needed. We had a great stay here!

Great Accommodation for our Short Stay

This property is exactly as advertised. Clean and efficient studio for a two person short stay. Stairs down to the basement flat are a bit daunting, but we managed even with large suitcases. This flat is not the lap of luxury, but we didn’t expect that, and it suited us perfectly.

Cute Little Gem

If you would like to feel what it would be like to live in Notting Hill then this is the place for you. It is a cute basement apartment on a side street just off the hustle and bustle. Close to cafes and restaurants, as well as the tube. Heck, if the weather is ok, its walkable (1-2 miles) to almost everything. Host was great, would definitely recommend.

Great location. Paddington station, Hyde Park and Portobello Road are all within easy walking distance. There are also lots of bus options nearby for getting around. The flat is perfect for 2-3 people, with all the amenities you will need. Note, there is a washing machine but no dryer, but you can hang your clothes to dry. Also, if you want to cook, you need to supply your own condiments (salt, sugar etc). The host was there to welcome us when we arrived and was very friendly and responsive when we had a small issue with the keys. Would highly recommend this flat for a longer-term stay in London.

Excellent location

We stayed 4 nights with teens here the studio is super comfortable, clean and the location is a walking distance from the subways stations, south Kensington gardens, supermarket and plenty of restaurants.Good response from the owner as well. Definitely recommend it.

Generally the room seemed clean, but the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and had not been run and the sheets were stained with what appeared to be blood and coffee?? The room is downstairs and there was a portaloo blocking all but a sliver of the stairs down the entire time we were there. The portaloo appeared to be for the construction workers working on the flat above which was quite noisy. Qute a bit of street noise as well. The location was great and the host was responsive but feel these other things made our stay less enjoyable.

Terrific location, accessible by bus and tube. Walking distance to Hyde Park and Portobello Market. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood along with small grocers. Comfortable for family of 4 with 2 kids under 12. Well equipped, able to prepare breakfast in the mornings. Host was responsive, flexible and accommodating. Thanks again. We had a great stay!!
