"I stayed here for a show at the peacock theater. Perfect location for walking there. I was able to check-in early and leave my car there while I did stuff before my show which was super helpful! I didn't get a chance to see the pool but I heard it was nice. The room was great for just me. The shower was a little odd and the shower door didn't close shut. The mattress was a little thin and lumpy and I kept running into the corners of the bed frame so be careful. Parking was expensive and there is a resort fee on top of paying for the room. Otherwise, it was fine. Oh and the area can be scary at night too."

"We definitely enjoyed our stay, but shocked with the tightness of the room. We were later informed this is consistent across the other CitizenM properties. Great for solo travelers or a couple. Maybe not the best for two besties with too much stuff. Overall a great stay and we enjoyed the decor and vibe!!!"

"I needed a safe and easily accessible place to stay while my kids attended Grad-nite at Universal. This was the place. It was in such close proximity that we didn’t even have to drive. The restaurant downstairs was super convenient. Having a Starbucks on the premises was a nice treat. The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful with information. Valet staff was prompt and well organized. I didn’t use the hot tub or the pool but plenty of guests were using both in spite of the little breeze that picked up so it must’ve been nice. Finally, my room was spacious and well lit. I was on the 6th floor and my window faced Universal. It was just what I needed."
