"We loved this place so much. From the moment we arrived till we checked out. We were early for our reservation but welcomed to leave our luggage in a locked and supervised room. The room exceeded our expectations regarding size, especially downtown NYC. It was clean and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful from the desk to the cleaning staff. We will definitely book here for our next NYC trip. "
