The staff moved us to a suite for the inconvenience and turned our average stay into a phenomenal experience. Great customer service goes a very long way! This will be my hotel of choice going forward while in New York! "

"This is the first time we booked with Expedia and it was easy to get a package. We got the Round trip flights and the hotel booked here, Since it was our first time flying and coming to NY. We loved the room we booked it had an amazing view and was close to so many places we wanted to go. "

"Hotel was lovely both rooms were great clean and spacious shame dishwasher started leaking so room changed within an hour of them noticing it couldn’t be fixed all staff were great except one guy on reception was very rude security guys were brilliant and helpful especially with wife’s mobility scooter opening the doors before she had to fumble for key card breakfast was nice and the free beer,wine n snacks during an hour n half weekday evenings is a lovely touch that most hotels don’t do definitely will be back "
