Although I gave it 5 stars, wanted guests to know it states pool is heated and it is not. Also parking is NOT guaranteed it’s first come first serve. No staff on premises but responded quickly to emails. Cute rooms , very clean and safe.

This place is a gem. It is so nice and close to everything, yet hidden. The accommodations were so nice. We loved this place. I would highly recommend, and we will keep this place on our list for future rentals.

The location was perfect, steps from Duval St., Mallory Square, and easy walking distance to anything else you needed. The room was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The pool area was great, clean, beach towels provided. I highly recommend staying here, and will stay here again.

Is a great property. It is very conveniently located to Duval Street and the marina area. The room was spacious, and although the support staff was not on site, they were very responsive to any questions or concerns we brought up. A few additional amenities would have been nice,e.g., wine glasses and cold water in the fridge when we arrived, but overall, we were very pleased and plan to return.

Really liked the location and the room was big and clean. Was able to get parking. Bar was nice All questions you had to call their number. No one onsite. So one day a lady had her two dogs in the small pool. I could have called the number but didn’t
