Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

My family stayed for one night, and unfortunately the hotel was not what we expected. The website photos make the rooms appear much larger than they actually are, and the bathroom was extremely small.
The shared spaces lobby, bar, and restaurant are undersized for the volume of guests. We couldn’t find seating for breakfast.
The hotel has a standard checkin / checkout policy. With that being said many guests check out by 11am with no where to go while guests cannot checkin till the standard 3pm. The common areas of the hotel are crowded with guest lounging around waiting to depart or have the ability to get into their rooms.
On a positive note, the hotel is in a very good location if you are looking to visit South Beach.

I love the room. I would definitely stay again. The only thing I would say is the showers are definitely not hot enough for me. I don’t know if I just like it too hot but that’s the only issue I really had.
