"When you have breakfast included and you have more than two guests in a room, they never mention just the first two are included and the rest are $50 each for breakfast. Not the front desk when you check in nor the staff that sits you down at the restaurant. They make money off not telling you that BIG detail. AND the buffet sucks. "

"Front desk staff very efficient and friendly. Stayed in the "Historic" section, room was very clean, good size and comfortable bed. Have stayed here many times and will continue to frequent this hotel, location is perfect for doing all things in TO."
