"Great place for a date night or some R&R. Very relaxed, cozy atmosphere. Roaring fireplace to keep you warm during the colder months at the main restaurant. Staff are very accomadating and go above and beyond. Warm and welcoming and can make a mean Cocktail! Reccommend staying the night if wanting to make the most of the service, menue and Bar! Menue and bar prices are very reasonable for the quality and amount you receive."

"Upon arriving we were shocked at the lack of customer service provided by the staff member at the reception desk. We were not greeted with a pleased to see you attitude welcome to our resort. We asked for a trolley for our luggage to take to our room and was told with a shrug don't know where there is one. In our room it was obvious the room needed to be renovated....eg: rust around the bottom of the glass shower screen. Our room did not have a toaster and no provision to even make a light snack. On the pleasant side the view from our room was lovely and looked to the marina etc. We would give this complex a 2star rating and on the whole was a huge disappointment to us both. We will not come back again and not encourage our family or friends to stay at the complex."

"I will not recommend Harbour Quay Apt.. Their communication is so poor. We stayed for my daughter's Volleyball tournament. Not able to take photos on our checknin and check out. We paid our bond and without telling us about the damage and after 11 days informing us they will not make a refund. It took me 11th day to follow-up as refund is 7 banking days excluding weekends. They don't even provide proofs. It is really frustrating as we hardly stay to the apartment as the whole day we're at the activity. Their very poor in communication is the expense of us and even I cannot get my money back. I am very very frustrated and very disappointed. I hope expedia will enlist them as it is really ripping off the honest customers."

"I've stayed there a couple of time now. Positive experience. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. I'd certainly stay there again. A couple of very minor things... 1. The toilet roll holder in the room was a bit loose. 2. The underground car park was closed one night when I arrived back at about 7pm. The concierge did offer to open it up for me, but I'd already parked elsewhere. 3. On our last night no hand towels or bath mats were provided but I did get an extra towel."
