Sue was a pleasure to deal with and kind enough to offer us a complimentary upgrade to a superior room in the Boutique Hotel. The forest surroundings are beautiful and we enjoyed the indoor/outdoor areas where we could chill out and/or eat our meals. "Had a great stay at Econo Lodge. It was an impromptu weekend trip and we just needed somewhere to stay for two nights. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well presented. The maid replaced our towels, even though we never put the 'please make up our room' tag. The hotel is conveniently located between Brisbane City and the Gold Coast, which makes it easy to get around if you have a car and are sightseeing the region. There is also parking at the motel and it seemed secure. If you are looking for a low cost and quiet place to rest your head for the night I would highly recommend Econo Lodge."
