"All good - food very good and cooked to order. The only let down with this property is the wifi which is absolutely terrible both speed (all over) and signal wise in the bedrooms."

"Staff were lovely, very friendly beautiful place ,clean i was so pleased we stayed in the mansion house it had everything you could possibly need, bed was comfortable, our dog settled ok ,i would definitely recommend it to anyone pools ,tennis etc the bar was lovely and friendly owners food was lovely, nice cosy atmosphere loved it😘"

"Nice easy place to stay, a step up from a Premier Inn with a comfortable bed and good breakfast included in my rate. About a 1 mile walk into Aberystwyth so bare that in mind if you have mobility issues. Staff pleasant and ample car parking."

"We enjoyed a lovely time at the Metropole hotel in Llandrindod Wells. Our room was quiet, clean and spacious. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had a swim in the Spa pool which was a wonderful experience. We ate in the Brasserie and enjoyed delicious food and service. Breakfast was also delicious and had a good selection of hot and cold food. I would definitely recommend a stay."

"Bit of a blip at check in (which wasn’t the hotels fault tbh) but James was quick to rectify the situation and all the staff were excellent (well done James,Sion,Baz and Charlotte for your very attentive treatment We will definitely be returning "
