"Good location - so convenient for sightseeing. Had comfortable bed with nice bedspread. Was mostly quiet location.
Probably 4.5 stars overall: Some minor improvements in experience on a few fronts could have made it perfect. "

"Brilliant location. The self check in was straightforward with helpful hotel staff on hand if required. Room was a basic double with a view over the Thames. The room furniture was a little tired in places, but the room clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast plenty of choice for most tastes. The food was of good quality and always hot. I certainly would recomment this hotel."
"Having a kettle is a big plus for families with kids. Quite spacious room in East London. Walking distance to East CBD. Walking distance to Liverpool Station. "
"Hotel was very nice, furniture and linens were very clean. Very convenient for visiting city, tower bridge and walkable to other sites/ tube station. Staff was lovely, from reception, to housekeeping and restaurant and bar staff. Would definitely stay here again. "
"Great hotel just 5 mins from Liverpool St Station and 10 mins walk to Tower Bridge. Lots of buzzy restaurants and cocktail bars nearby with Spitalfields just 3 mins walk. Wonderful room and so good to have the kitchen area, fridge (with fresh milk!), microwave, nespresso , toaster and even a dishwasher. Loved being able to use their WhatsApp to order extra coffee etc. The staff were warm and friendly, room clean and shower powerful. Will definitely stay again, couldn’t fault it! "
"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely hotel & staff very efficient, friendly & helpful. Gigi the lady who checked us in was very helpful.
Unfortunately the sink in the bathroom was very slow to empty, if we’d stayed more than one night I would have got it looked at. The shower doesn’t have a door as such & the water goes all over bathroom floor which could make it slippery, it either needs a door or the shower tray should be deeper. But apart from that I would recommend this hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice & variety. "
