The location is very convenient - right in the Old Quarter and walking distance to many attractions. The best part about our stay was the incredible team! We loved everyone at the hotel. "We were given a room on the top floor with a balcony and a great view of the city. The staff are exceptionally helpful and speak very good English, especially Mia. Breakfast was a nice selection, with some menu items available to order. It's centrally located, making it very easy to explore and enjoy the city on foot. The shower had good heat and pressure and the A.C. worked great. "

"Soho bar on 12th floor has great views of the city, Maili was a friendly face who greeted us daily with a smile and helped to arrange our trips and make sure we were on the right bus each morning. The rooms were clean, not too noisy but choose carefully as with a neighbour view room we were in the middle of the hotel but could still hear traffic in the mornings! Breakfast had a good selection but was busy at times, location is very close to train street and walkable to night market and lake and lots of shopping. Good value for money hotel"
