"The villa is cozy and quite. The staffs are helpful and friendly. I am abit disappointed because of the dirty bed linen. There are yellow patches on the linen and matress protector. The protector is so dirty like didn't change n wash for long time. Their services is really good, i call the reception and they change for us without a single words."

"Property did not look like the pictures. AC doesn’t work in a place that was 90 degrees and humid, phone didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, sheets smelled. Pretty much was forced to pay the cancellation because we were on a tight schedule and didn’t want to argue with the manager that barely spoke English over the phone."

"It is simply the most luxurious and gorgeous property in Ubud. The facility is wonderful and they offer great services. Pricey but if you get a discount it’s a good deal."
