"We really enjoyed our stay here and found the location really good. Not right in the heart of Kuta but not far from anything. It was a little quieter which was appreciated. It was also a great surprise to find out we could also use all the facilities of Bintang resort aswell. "

"We loved staying here! So close to everything, but the pool with the swim up bar was great. Room was a little dated but overall loved this place and we will be back! Staff were so friendly and accomodating. "

"No hot water in toilet. I believe dodgy hotel staff turns off hot water delibrately. Bed highly uncomfortable, house keeping and reception staff very lazy, ocean 360 staff horrible especially dodgy manager, segara grill restaurant had no internet for 8 days and kitchen staff did not want to cook food for buffet breakfast. I hr before 10am the dishes were empty and kitchen staff were standing chatting with one another. TV signal always poor, only two English movie channels available, breakfast...

"The staff were so lovely, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was our favourite from the 4 different hotels we stayed in. The bed was huge and comfortable. We only stayed the one night as we flew out the next day and it's very close to the airport, but we will stay longer next time. "
