The quality at Novotel airport is what will be for me the most memorable. After 22 hours of travel, the fact that this oasis is a 1 min walk from the airport is incredible. Once inside, the quality rivals the most well known brands. From the sheets to the breakfast service to the pool, this hotel ...
The hotel ambience was good but it is not recommended for people going for sightseeing as Legian Street has very bad traffic jam. The hotel breakfast and toiletries were good. The location is good for those who want to go shopping and clubbing at Legian Street.
This is so stunning- breathtaking accommodation and complex. Staff above and beyond. Welcome lei and drink a lovely touch. Don’t want to leave!
Hotel was central to the main part of Kuta, room was comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing, only two cereals available each morning, only one yoghurt and minimal fruit. Restaurant setting was nice and staff were very friendly.
No outdoor toilets by pool area. There was renovations happening but could’ve had something temporary.
Excellent location and beautiful facility. The entire staff was amazing. Highly recommend this property.
