"I have to say for a short stay it’s convenient. It’s a place to sleep and shower. We were out for most of the time. It’s cozy and cute and economical for a quick stay. We kept on having issues with the toilet and on the 2nd day the wifi network randomly disappeared, we were no longer connected nor could we find the network. Being that we are not from the UK we rely a little more on wifi so that was a bit inconvenient. When we had issues with the toilet Clarissa sent someone to fix it quickly...

"This flat is clean, well-appointed and exceptionally well located. Right next to paddington station on a quiet street, all parts of the city are accessible via public transit. Website pictures are true to form and the property manager was very attentive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.One note on accessibility - the entry stairs are a bit narrow and steep but this is typical of walk up flats in older European cities. Mobility limited guests should take note. "
