"The property was in an excellent location. It was easy access to the train station and walking distance to the waterfront. The view was impressive. The apartment could have been cleaner. There was only one roll of paper towels, no extra trash bags or any aluminum foil. We had to go and buy these things. Some extra towels would have been nice as well. It would have been nice to have had an extra room key since there were 6 adults and we had different agendas. I didn't get the instructions as to how to get to the apartment until the morning of our arrival to Toronto. I was submitting the required information and pictures at 0600. That was frustrating as I had called 2 days prior requesting the information. One more thing the air conditioner was set to locked temperature and it was hot sleeping at night because of this. I will stop now, but overall we had a fabulous time in Toronto. Thank you. "

We were there for an event and had to check in early and we were allowed to check in early.
The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and save money
Also staff and management were very nice and helpful.

"Everything was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast on the 5th floor was delicious and the two young guys working were amazing. My only complaint is we had a king bed room and the mattress had a distinctive part/line down the one side that was almost like it was an added on piece to a queen bed. It was slightly uncomfortable to sleep on if you didn’t sleep just right. "
