"Property was ok, well located near Hoan Kiem Lake, several food options across the road from the hotel and a few roads over. Room is in need of a deep clean, I stayed in a room where the window view was internal, i.e., hall way/corridor. Walls slightly thin so I could hear people outside. Also I kept hearing a low humming sound which at first I thought was a phone but it was not as the humming would last for hours. Bottled water was not provided - as a Westerner it is not safe for us to drink tap water and thus not knowing whether the glass refillable bottle of water provided was drinkable was a big con - I also saw something black floating in mine - which was off-putting."
