"I cannot begin to explain the EXCEPTIONAL service, amenities, accommodations and experience at this resort. We fell in love with Hualalai and will 1000% be returning. I came here with my husband for my 50th birthday and was treated with such kindness. The staff here are above and beyond and honestly, as a frequent Marriott Ambassador Elite traveler, I have to say that Marriott’s higher end brands need to step it up to match the class, ease, and care that Four Seasons has shown us. Look no further if you are deciding on which Hawaii island to visit. We are looking at property here already if that tells you anything! "The rental house was in good condition, and it was obvious there are some improvements underway. The exterior of the rental had just been painted (the paint was still drying) when we arrived. The interior was very well kept with more than enough space for the four of us in our family. The location was tucked down into a small residential neighborhood approximately 15 minutes to downtown Kona."
