"This was my 4th stay at this property. I would give it 5 stars, however in building 18, we could hear from the unit above every time they went to the bathroom, flushed the toilet, turned on the dishwasher or shower. This is the only unit where we have stayed that we had a noise issue. Also, this location has many buildings around and limited parking. Additionally, apparently a work station for the development is also in this area and we heard loud talking multiple times during “quiet hours”. We will definitely come back but will make a request to not be in this location. On the positive side, all the staff are wonderful. We love the pool and especially the baby pool for the grandkids. The restaurant is an added bonus to have on the property. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The sunsets are just amazing from this location."

"The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need and then some. The view of the ocean was excellent and the walk yo the piblic lifeguard beach was just across the street. The pool was very relaxing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"Absolutely incredible! Great location, easy parking, and beautiful property. There is no ac but there are mesh screens and fans that keep you cool at night! "

"This place was perfect! Everything in the unit was as advertised. We had everything we needed and there were even beach chairs, an umbrella, and snorkel stuff as well as other beach stuff we didnt use. The beach across the street was great, and a couple miles down the road was great food, shopping and a farmers market. The property management was easy to get a hold of and in our case they were able to extend our stay another night. Overall great trip and we would for sure stay again if we were traveling to the area."

"Fantastic time and a very special place. The semi private beach is perfect for spending a day lounging at the property between island excursions. Nothing like being up with the sun, toes in the ocean and a warm cup of coffee literally feet from your back porch. The air conditioning was a great escape in the afternoons and the beds were cozy. There is a well stocked supermarket a mile away and dining options nearby. I would recommend having a car but there is a bike rental kiosk within a mile. Nearby snorkeling was fun and a great location for newbies."

"The accommodations had everything. We enjoyed eating outside on the deck and watching the sunset. The pool is a good size to accommodate floating devices. We walked 6 km to downtown, it’s great for those who love to walk. 10 min walk to Magic beach. Overall in the future, we would return to the same house. Thanks for everything!"

"This place was fantastic—exactly what you hope for in a VRBO. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including paper products, which made things really easy for our group.We had five people and there were plenty of bath towels and washcloths, plus beach towels for everyone, which was a huge plus. The beds were comfortable, and the AC units worked great—definitely appreciated after being out in the heat.The location and amenities really stood out. It’s a short walk to a nice sandy beach, and the heated pool was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely book here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!"

"Our week long girls trip was fabulous! The location of this rental surprised me. We were directly across from the ocean which I was not expecting. There are houses across the street but we woke up to an ocean view and waves crashing. It's on a bit of a busy street but the view made-up for it. It was just what we needed. Also so close to snorkeling at Kahaluu Bay. I'd never been to Kona so wasn't sure about locations of things but we walked to the bay and enjoyed the snorkeling! Such beautiful fish and easy access. Super beginner friendly. The rental itself was clean. The beds were super comfy. It was nice to have access to a washer and dryer and kitchen. The guest pool area is nice and we enjoyed the view of the ocean and sunset from there as well. The only issue we had was some plumbing problems in one of the bathrooms but the owner was on top of it and responded right away and sent a plumber to fix it. This is a cute, comfy little spot tucked away on the ground floor so no stairs to climb and a great deal for the price!"
