"Clean room."

"The elevator on our side was out of order. To find the office was confusing upon arrival. It was not explained anywhere that the condos are owned by a third party and Raintree is just a leasing Co. They even want you to remove all garbage from the unit, but there was no dumpster to be found. The view was nice yet the sofa was horrible and the refrigerator was rusted."

"Beautiful resort, incredible location, gorgeous grounds, comfortable room, friendly staff, pretty much the whole package! I cannot recommend the Royal Kona Resort enough. Thank you for everything! Definitely try their restaurant and mai tai bar as well. My partner and I loved it there! "

"The Big Island retreat offered comfortable accommodations with a well-equipped kitchenette. Self check-in was easy, and the managers were responsive and easy to reach by text. Parking was tight but manageable. The location was convenient, within walking distance of Kahaluʻu Beach Park."

"This a was a large condo building on the water. There was plenty of parking and a security guard on premises. Every door uses a pass code to get in like room, pool, elevator, stairs ect. There are some people that use these condos for winter months. It was located close to downtown kona. "

"Wasn't able to use the hot tub or the "quiet pool." Rooms were outdated and mattress in our room were really old. Curtains needed to be cleaned bad and had stains all over them. Dresser smelled really bad, so I couldn't put my clothes in it. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, windows were really clea. It was nice that the room had stuff to play in the pool, sand toys for kids, and sunblock. "
