"We had a wonderful time during our stay. We had a King Ocean View room in Nalu building (4) 6th floor. The view was spectacular. Room was exactly like pictured. I didnt think it was dated at all but standard hotel decor. It was as expected. Room was clean and balcony was great. I loved the open air hallways nestled next to Black Rock. "Very family friendly! We loved being able to walk to beach and explore or hang out by one many different pools. Service was overall pretty great with exception of one breakfast server. Didn’t distract from a fabulous time on the property! P.S. We loved the Ohana Lounge for our last day. After we checked out we could hang out by the pool and had a place to shower before driving to airport for a red-eye flight. "
