"The entire staff were so friendly and happy to help especially our maid from the 17 th floor Xi Li! She always asked if we needed service but with a sincere smile! Our room was very nice size however my only one drawback was the mattress. My back was so sore I had to switch sides with my husband. Then he back hurt after that. Not sure if the mattress was old or needed to be flipped. The pool is nice along with the hot tub. Plenty of outdoor patio which I appreciate. Recommend this property ❤️"

Everyone—from the front desk to the bar and restaurant teams—was friendly, attentive, and easygoing. Housekeeping was especially wonderful; my room attendant was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The views from my room were absolutely breathtaking, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was consistently maintained. The amenities exceeded my expectations—from the pool area to the dining options, everything was well-kept and enjoyable. As a solo traveler, feeling safe and comfortable is extremely important to me, and this hotel delivered on both. I felt completely at ease the entire time, which made my trip even more enjoyable.
