The tram was down so we were limited on what we could do and see. The walking was extensive. The rooms are average.

I stayed in the Ocean Tower in an oceanfront room. The room was excellent and the property grounds were sprawling and well kept. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The only issue was the tram was not working and, if you are staying in the ocean tower as I was, it is a long walk or shuttle ride to get to the main building and parking. Not a tremendous hassle but you will want to leave the grounds for more food variety and to visit the local sites. An alternative woukd be staying in the Palace Tower or the main building to avoid the 15 minute walk or shuttle drive. Once the tram is operational this will not be an issue.
I loved the room and it's beautiful Ocean front view

Our room was far from the main lobby, train is super slow. The grounds are in great shape. Needs food variety in the restaurant. Staff are helpful.

The biggest con for this resort was the 1/2 mile walk from valet parking to our room. There’s a tram but you can walk faster than the tram.
The coffee in the rooms was subpar so if you wanted a good cup, you had to go down and pay another $6-$8 bucks for just drip coffee.
The dishwasher didn’t work for three days but housekeeping did help with that.
If you don’t want to leave the resort, there’s a ton of amenities. Otherwise, it’s just too big. I would’ve saved a thousand dollars by staying at an air bnb and still done less work than we did here.
The pros were that we had a nice view and the property was beautiful.

Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Having the tram working would have made the experience better.
Rooms are basic, but good size, and it was all we needed. Great property for kids. Was busy but never felt busy because the property is so large. We saw reviews of people complaining about the walk/distance between things but it’s really not that bad at all. Would like to see later hours for pool bar/restaurants/ice cream as they closed at 4pm but would definitely stay here again.

The pools stood out, and how clean the grounds were. The landscape was beautiful
Everything you need in one spot. The lagoon on this property is awesome. It has turtles, rays, fish and more coming in from the ocean that hang out while you play in the water. There were shops on the property, but more affordable shops and restaurants down the street, so rent a car if you plan to leave the resort. Staff were friendly too.
We’d visit again; self contained gorgeous property. The one thing that could be problematic for older guests or guests with mobility challenges will need a conveyance vehicle, as it is a very, very large property. There is a tram but it was not working consistently. The staff is responsive when a request for assistance is made
We had a great view of the ocean. Nice and clean but it is a long walk from the main lobby to the Ocean Tower. There is a tram, but goes very slow and there are no signs as to when the next train will arrive. It would be nice if they had that. Lots to see and do there and the grounds were beautiful.
The room was amazing with an excellent view of the ocean. Late checkout was helpful and we took advantage of eating at the Italian restaurant. We also used the main pool and had an amazing day on Sunday. The attendant who brought us lunch and drinks was very kind and helpful.
