"This VRBO was exactly what we needed for our trip to Breck as a group of 6. Couldn't be happier with the location (quiet, last home at the end of a dead end road, 10 minutes walking into town, 5 minutes walking to the Sawmill trail) and the home was appropriately stocked with everything we needed for the weekend, including kitchen utensils and cookware of all shapes & sizes, shower products, plenty of towels for the showers and hot tubs, etc. We had so much fun staying here and would definitely recommend the place and come back again. The only thing I wanted to mention here is that I had asked the host before our trip began how they clean and sanitize the hot tub in between guests, and I never got a response. Since I own a hot tub myself, I brought water test strips with me to check the levels when we arrived and the hot tub was not balanced properly. While it looked quite clean, there was far too much sanitizer in the tub and as such, we didn't feel comfortable using it for as long as we would have wanted to.Other than that, no complaints about the space at all. It was clean, true to how it looks in the photos, and the host made check in and check out super easy. Thanks again for everything!!"

"During booking, I left a comment to the property as I did not see the room details in the final booking step. (I clicked on the 2 bedroom, 1 king/2 twin room choice, but that wasn't listed anywhere during checkout.) The property replied to me on Hotels.com messaging, and they showed me the exact unit I would be in and that it was a 1 king/1 queen 2 bedroom unit. I chatted with the property's support team (just an 800 number, not the front desk), and they told me it was too late to change anything, but they said they would make note of my request. I went ahead and also replied back to the original message on Hotels.com. The second response through messaging on hotels.com ended up being that they were able to switch me to a 1 king/1 bunk 2 bedroom unit, which was fine with me. I would suggest to confirm with the front desk if you are not certain about your choice during checkout. Once we got to the property, the unit was what we needed. We were impressed at all the dishes. The beds were fine. Overall the master bath was a good size, but the master shower was a little small. I was happy that the ceiling fan actually worked well in the master. The couches in the living room were well used, but since they were leather, they didn't turn me off like some fabric couches at hotels! Our stay was short, but everything was sufficient."

"Great location to ski hills. Small room but bed comfortable. Patio chairs were cracked but I notified owners and I’m sure they will be replaced and ready for next renters. I would have liked to sit out more but unable to do so. Nice pool area. We saw lots of moose in the neighborhood very cool experience,"

"Lots of problems in room, shower door in one bath was unusable, and needed repair in the other bath the shower door was off the track and tricky to use after fixing, lights bulbs missing, stove was awkward and often left the light on when shut and would work in convection mode. Some light bulbs missing, busted cabinet doors and busted roll away bed. Our key stopped working twice during our stay, luckily during front desk hours. We also had a no knock or announced entrance to our room by a person hoping to 3d image our unit halfway through our stay, my eleven year old daughter was worried for the rest of the trip since she was sleeping in the entrance room that it would happen again. Disappointed the person didn’t knock or announce themselves. They just opened the door half way saw the unit was occupied and left… Front desk was closed due to flooding. Stefano the FD agent was kind and helpful and David the Maintenance guy worked hard to bring things up to speed.. great work by the staff. "
