Other nice touches included a set of earplugs, good coffee, and even chocolates. It is very close to Fisherman's Wharf and close to the F Muni that runs from there to the Embarcadero. "They did not have in room spa services as advertised, and the bed was hard and lumpy and possibly the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in - but other than that the rooms were well designed and comfortable and clean."

"The location was great-close to the Fisherman Wharf area, restaurants and shopping. We took the public transportation (BART and bus) and the stop was right in front of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and best of all, we had a great experience with each staff member we met. I would definitely recommend this place and we will book this place if we ever come back to San Francisco!"
