"Met up with some friends from all over. Was a great central spot to walk and hit up food/drink places. Easy to access the train as well. Katz deli was across the street and the pastrami changed my life. The one issue with the apartment is there wasn't a great sitting area but we made do with the large dining room table. Location and cleanliness definitely trumped that for us."

"The apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay in NYC. Comfortable bed, kitchen appliances and other amenities for our stay was provided. Just about everything one needs within walking distance. I felt very safe and secure during my stay. Our host was attentive and friendly."

"The title says it all. For the price - stay downtown right next to Times Square in a presidential suite! I mean seriously. The place has great bones and potential but it felt like I was in an extended stay in the Midwest somewhere. All the AC units let out heat (good thing we didn’t visit in the summer) - it could be the older building switches to heat in the winter. It was dirtish - definitely not wiped with wet cloth or mopped. It his would work for a long term tenant who is bringing...
