Room was clean and spacious for two adults with medium size luggage. The staff was helpful and responsive. Many restaurants (for breakfast lunch and dinner) were within a short walk of the hotel ( 5mins) and grand central station was maybe a 10 min walk ( for slow walkers). We were on the 37th floor so there was no outside noise, but we could hear people out in the hallway when they left their room. I would stay at this hotel again.

We had a great room on the 38th floor with fantastic views of Manhattan and across the water. Check in could have been more friendly and there was some curoousy extra charge which i didnt really understand but i think it was taken off the bill on departure. Breakfast was nice but ridiculously expensive for a pretty standard buffet. Overall a very pleasant stay.

I definitely enjoyed my stay here! The view was beautiful! Staff were very friendly! i would definitely come and stay again! room was clean besties some stains on the sheets everything was else waa perfect!
