Really good location & access to public transit. Great place to stay with a large group - It was clean, kitchen & living room were great, and came in handy once we put kids down. Not great outdoor space, but that’s okay because we spent most our time visiting the city. Host communicated well, checkin / checkout was easy.

Perfect for our visit to NYC

Great location, safe, easy access. Apartment was very clean, linens smelled great! Beds were comfortable. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was well stocked. We pretty much slept and showered the time we were there. Bathroom is small, but the four of us did just fine. I would stay here again.

This property was perfect for our group of 2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 children. We especially enjoyed the neighborhood..away from the crowds of midtown. Loads of restaurants all within walking distance. Not far from the subway. Would definitely recommend.

Our family had an awesome time and enjoyed our stay! Thank you to property manager! Always reachable. Property is a good size space with for family of 5 and accommodate even more. Very clean, has all the amenities. Also great location. Near 6 line, CVS, and Grocery. Will stay here again in the future. :)

Such a great place

Stayed for two nights in this great little apartment! The location feels very safe and can’t be beat! Tons of restaurants, bars and a grocery store within one block. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the apartment had everything we needed. Obviously, this is NYC, there are quirks and it’s not perfect, but it was perfect for us. We were three adults but I think it would also be great for a family with kids. Would absolutely recommend and would love to return!

Great option for the family

Check in was super easy and there was parking almost directly across the street which was very convenient. Close proximity to many shops, groceries and restaurants with only about a two block walk to the subway. Was very quiet yet easy to navigate the city from. Great option for needing multiple bedrooms and kitchen access. Bathroom was slightly unclean when we arrived, but nothing concerning.

My return to New York

I was born and raised in ny and relocated. But my family and I decided to visit for my birthday. The location was convenient. The property was very secure and clean. This is a dream VRBO for NYC! The apartment is exactly as pictured. The location was absolutely amazing with restaurants and stores all around and easy to get to the subway, as well as walking to cool stuff. I was impressed how quiet it is at night since the apartment is off a courtyard, set back from the street. The shower was amazingly good - great water pressure and loads of hot water. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The communication with the landlord was really top notch. We would come back in a heartbeat.

We're a family of six, so were thrilled to find a three-bedroom rental available that was literally in Manhattan. This place delivered exactly what it promised. It's indeed cozy, and that's Manhattan for you. But the convenience was incredible! You can find almost anything you need within a ten-minute walk - loads of restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, grocery stores, and even a 24-hour hardware store. There's also easy access to the subway. We had a great time!

Great Location!

We came here with our adult children and the place worked out just fine for us. We did have to coordinate some because there was only one bathroom, but we were able to pull it off. The location was great very close to restaurants, coffee shops, the subway and city bikes is located right outside the door! The bedroom closer to the kitchen has a softer bed for my husband and I and the other two rooms have nice, firm mattresses. We would recommend this place to anyone who looking to take a bite out of the big apple! We would definitely return!
