"Great apartment, wasn’t 100% aware it was a second and third floor but the top floor was huge
Bottled water available and easy to get to trains (HBLR) and buses into Exhange place and then to NYC
Some things a bit high on the kitchen for my 5ft wife but all great.
Neighbourhoods a bit noisy at times but well worth a stay"

"The room I was assigned was in a poor state of repair. Specific issues included:
- The curtain rod had fallen down, requiring me to fix it myself.
- The room lacked the private shower that was advertised and indicated in the reservation details.
Furthermore, my room was changed by the host prior to my arrival without my request. I was only informed of this change via a phone call.
