"Really great economic alternative to the so called "boutique hotels" around that have virtually the same amenities as the ibis. Comfy and clean room, but if you want a silent stay you have to ask for a room NOT facing the main road as it's notoriously noisy. The friendly staff and the modern interior (film themed) make this a great alternative for a stay in the heart of Ealing with just an extra 2 mins walk to the Broadway. That'll be my new local stay in Ealing, for sure."

"● It would have been helpful to have had a set of basic operational instructions on how to use the coffee maker located on the table-top in the bedroom for those not used to these contraptions. ● The 2nd door inside the bedroom should be labeled with the intended purpose for it's existence. Is it a firedoor perhaps? It seemed that there were some curious individuals trying to find out what was behind these doors. ● The snacks and refreshments located on the table in the bedroom could be labeled as chargeable or not on an itemized list to avoid having to ask the hotel staff embarrassing questions. ● A separate rubbish bin for recyclable♻️ waste and another one for non-recyclable waste would have been better. ● The shower experience especially for people with certain mobility issues could be further improved by having the option of being able to borrow an adjustable height shower stool. ● Fruit juice was sometimes dispensed very slowly, if at all, because the level in the dispensers seemed to be insufficient. The fruit juice dispensers located on a shelf in the breakfast area should be kept topped up/ better maintained. ● There should be a price-cap on excessive daily room rate increases especially for those who have already stayed for a few days and wish to extend their hotel stay. I was deterred from booking an extra night or two just because I felt that the price jump was unreasonable/ unjustifiable, at nearly double for just one night extra! ;))"
