"We arrived early after a flight and were offered an available room. Very comfortable even though rooms here are not large. Easy to get to from Terminal 4. Lobby area was nice and my IHG status got us a couple of drinks. Well appointed rooms. Everything is in great condition. Only thing that seemed to be missing was a safe. "

"It is hard to get to Heathrow hotels using on again/off again shuttles. However upon arriving at Leonardo’s, I was quickly checked in and could relax the rest of the day. Room was quiet, clean and had a kettle! No funny tasting tea coming out of a coffee machine that North American hotels stock in each room."

"This place was excellent. We stayed there our last night in the UK because it was close to the airport. I wish we had stayed there the whole time we stayed in Central London. The staff was great, the rooms were large, the food was good. It was just an overall good experience. "
