"What a lovely art deco maintained hotel! All fitted out in appropriate style. We didn't eat there, but the food smelled terrific when we arrived in the late evening. Very friendly staff and a most comfortable room. Loved the residents' sitting/dining room upstairs."

"We enjoyed our stay. The house was welcoming in a farm way. It felt very tired, the kitchen was not what I aspected. The oven didn’t work! Some appliances were too dirty to use. Sandwich press I had to clean to heat or meal as the oven didn’t work. Putting a few things aside we had a lovely stay , our chihuahua loved barking at the sheep. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend this stay to any of our friends "

"Beautiful property in a beautiful location.Plenty of firewood to warm us inside and outside by the generous firepit. Well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook for all 8 adults.We enjoyed our stay tremendously"
